The Chambers are headed by Aman Vijay Dutta, whose name is synonymous with domestic arbitration and commercial trial law in Pune.
In addition to a practice dedicated almost exclusively to arbitration and commercial trial law, Aman also serves as an Arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations and is also empaneled as an Arbitrator with the Indian Law Society's Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (ILSCA) - a graded arbitral institute accredited and recognized by the Bombay High Court.
With a set of reliable and independent colleagues spread across Pune, Mumbai, New Delhi, and other cities in India, Aman acts for and represents clients before Arbitral Tribunals and Courts throughout the country, from the Trial Courts at Pune to the Supreme Court of India. He is recognized as a leading independent counsel in domestic arbitration and commercial litigation matters, owing to his singular focus on disputes work before Courts and Arbitral Tribunals and is engaged by individuals, companies, and law firms alike.
Aman is also the sole author of the one-of-its-kind book titled The Handbook on Domestic Arbitration in India (2024), published by one of India's leading publishers of legal commentaries and reference books.
He is regularly invited as a guest lecturer/visiting professor at some of the most premier institutes in the country, where he helps train law students, business administration students, engineers, architects, and executives on Arbitration and Dispute Management.
With nearly a decade spent in the practice of law, Aman and his team bring their expertise to bear on a diverse spectrum of cases.
